Release of commemorative stamps and coins and exhibition of Olympic and sports-related stamps

Dorando Pietri’s birthplace, the hamlet of Mandrio, near Correggio will mark the Centenary with an exhibition of stamps depicting historical sports achievements, under its curator Gianni Galeotti, in conjunction with UICOS. This coincides with the release of a commemorative stamp, the second stamp cancellation postmark and the issue of a commemorative medallion, available in either gold or silver, and collectors’ gold and silver 5 and 10 Euro coins.
